Raptors lose despite inspired effort vs. Denver Nuggets; thanks, Scott Foster!

In Episode 1354, Sean Woodley goes solo to break down the Toronto Raptors' heartbreaking loss to the Denver Nuggets, 118-113, after 47 minutes of inspired play that was undone by Scott Foster Scott Fostering all over the place, ejecting Scottie Barnes on the heels of a handful of questionable calls. Off the top, Sean breaks his season long No Ref Talk vow and digs into why it was so disappointing to see this game decided by factors mostly out of the Raptors' control, because of how bloody well they played in the lead-up to all that went down in the final minute or so. Fred VanVleet had an outstanding playmaking game, Jakob Poeltl continued to be a revelation, the Raptors hung tough in key battleground areas of the matchup, and deserved to have a chance to close the game out with a shot the win it. Bummer! Plus, Sean digs into the incredible defense O.G. Anunoby played on Nikola Jokic -- part of a recurring trend that could make Anunoby and even more interesting trade chip near the NBA Draft, as all sorts of Western Conference teams could use a Jokic foil just like O.G. They could, of course, just keep him too and probably be just fine. Lastly, Sean runs through the Good (Nick Nurse' 4th quarter game management), the Bad (Pascal Siakam's off night) and the Hmm (The Denver Nuggets as an ideal second rooting interest) to close out the show.
