She was shy to ask for support, so Ashley created an online Facebook Group in her hometown of Princeton, New Jersey that became a lifesaver. This sense of community led her to create Working Mom Notes, and over six years later she left her work as a P.A. and is now running her online business full time, while raising her kids. Ashley is also the co-host of the Motherhood and Career Collide Podcast.
