This morning we discuss the blessing Moshe gave the Jewish People on their completion of the Mishkan (Sanctuary). There are two formulations of this blessing, and each has a vital message for each of us; from Rabbi Simchah Schepps, who distinguishes between the effort needed to rise, and the greater effort needed to remain there; and from Israeli grocery store owner, Yehuda Ehrenfeld, who understood that to deserve God's blessing for success in (all) our work, we must not only observe the law, but treat our competitors with respect and generosity.
