Reprogram your Brain - 6 Tips to change the Conscious & Subconscious Mind.
To reprogram your habits of thinking, feeling, & acting...you must be absolutely clear on what you want. I will share 6 tips today from Tony Robbins that can begin to change your reality.
1. Adopt Empowering Beliefs - Limiting beliefs, stories, & negative thinking will continue if you don’t take action.
2. Embrace Uncertainty - We control our actions & reactions. You cannot control the world. Obviously, but many are stuck at the “what if”. Let go of the need for certainty.
3. Attitude of Gratitude - Start a habit of focusing, maybe journaling, about what you're grateful for. This starts to develop a system in the brain that scans for the positive around us.
4. Environment Matters - Limit negative influences. People (even family & friends), News, social media, etc. Get in closer proximity to positivity. Positive uplifting sources help diminish a negative state of mind.
5. Visualize - This is a power almost all professional athletes have a coach for. Many successful entertainers & entrepreneurs use this as well. You can use it too!
6. Binaural Beats & Isochronic Tones - Biohack your mind using technology. These powerful tools can induce very specific brain states. (Energetic, relaxed, sleepy, etc.) This along with certain messaging can help absorb information into the subconscious. So don’t mix with bad messages!!!
