Patricia ‘Babydoll’ Randolph

Patricia Randolph was an African woman killed sometime in the fall of 1977. She was only 21 years old, and the small details we know about her life are tragic. Patricia was known to work for a pimp named Edward Surratt around the time of her murder, and while police had their eye on Edward they soon found that Edward was involved in many crimes occurring all across eastern Pennsylvania and western Ohio. Edward has admitted guilt to many things over the years but has yet to mention anything involving the death of Patricia. Detectives are still working hard to solve this case.
