Sculpturing Authenticity By Releasing The True You.
When you look in a mirror, who do you see? Of course, you see your reflection beyond the reflection. Who else do you see? Sometimes our everyday business and roles in life get in the way of our authenticity. “Goldman and Kernis (2002) defined authenticity as “the unimpeded operation of one’s core or true self in one’s daily enterprise” (p.18).”
Join me in this podcast, and discover a renewed appreciation for mindfulness using skills of mindfulness practice. It helps to stay connected with the true self, and positivepsychology.com inspires me. We will look at the art of sculpting from a mindfulness perspective. So get ready to be open to self-reflect and discover what’s holding you back from being the true you. Because of the wealth of information regarding chipping away values and actions which take us away from our true selves, I divided this podcast into two episodes. This podcast is part one.
