Have you ever had a time when your were having a bad day, or feeling really down and you just did not know what to pray for? Me too! That has happened to me a lot! Thank goodness God has given us His Holy Spirit who can take our cries, our groans, and our innermost thoughts, and turn them into the perfect words! Thats called interceding! Thats one of the Holy Spirit's many awesome jobs! God is so good to us, isn't he?

Romans 8:26

"In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we should pray for, but the Spirit intercedes to God for us through our groans and cries."
