Brian Kelly got his Notre Dame team's to a BCS National Championship and two College Football Playoff semifinals, but he was never able to win the whole thing. Which is one reason why two national college football writers for The Athletic ranked Brian Kelly how they did in their annual college football coaches rankings. While Kelly is an accomplished coach, and has quieted a whole lot of doubters in just one season at LSU, he'll have that national title monkey on his back until he hoists the trophy at the end of the year. But does Kelly have a clearer path to a championship at LSU than he did at Notre Dame?
