One of my big thoughts is "I am forgetting something."
seems to be something everyone that I know can relate to.Β
Of course, our brain will always occupy it at some level,
but the more trust we can build,
the less paralyzing this thought is, and the faster we can move through it,
and ultimately support ourselves and our mental health.
Let's do all the things!Β
