Hi Sarajane, I wanted to ask a follow-up question on the routine episode that you did. I see the value of routine, and I know you shared some tips, but I am a 4, and I find it really hard not to resent routines when I try to start them. I know they would probably be good for me, but I struggle to make them a habit. Do you have any tips for building a routine if you hate them?
