EP 97 – Invest In Yourself | Lovato Jiu-Jitsu Owner Rafael Lovato

Welcome to episode 97 I'm your host Gustavo Dantas and today we have the greatest American jiu-jitsu competitor of all-time, the fourth-degree black belt, Rafael Lovato.

Rafael is an IBJJF Black Belt World Champion Gi & No-Gi and currently, he is the Bellator Middleweight Champion of the World. He is also the full-time owner, operator, and head instructor of Lovato's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts Academy.

It was a great interview and the longest podcast to date. Rafael shared his early days of traveling around the World to train and to compete; and the early days of running the business.

My takeaway from the interview came when I noticed a significant pattern in his journey that inspired me to title this episode: "Invest in yourself."
