Georgia has been in the news frequently this off-season since hiring Kirby Smart away from Alabama. The former Crimson Tide defensive coordinator helped the Bulldogs hang on to a solid class on National Signing Day but has recently attracted headlines for controversial changes to the Bulldogs' transfer policy from the Mark Richt era.
