Sleep is the one thing Americans and many others are starting to get less and less time of.
But, does less sleep mean more success?
Not at all...
What I will share here is the difference between quality vs quantity and if you can shorten your sleep for 1-2 hours a night, you gain 1-2 hours of working on your dream, your skills, your craft, and creating the reality that you desire.
Imagine 1 hour less per night, you gain one full day every 24 days. When you put this into a year, you get back at least 14-16 days of working time.
This is how critical it is to learn how to get better quality and shorten up the time that you need.
Tune in for more as I will share ways on what I do to sleep 5.5 to 6.5 hours of sleep per night but get the quality of 8-9 hours.
