Managing meetings as a New Social Worker: Setting Boundaries

In this episode I talk about boundaries to consider when you are chairing a meeting:
-being mindful of your space and environment
-setting intentions with your time
-ways to reduce conflict or anxiety for people attending

In the last 2 weeks the UK government announced the 'Illegal migration bill' which threatens the rights of people arriving to the UK seeking refuge and asylum. It is inhumane and discriminatory.
