Girl - this one's for you. Let’s talk about that 6th grade sleepover where everyone decided to gang up on one girl… Maybe you’ve never been in that position but if you have, you can relate to the drama, Heather McDonald , host of juicy scoop experience this week.

In today’s episode I share with you my own mean girl moment, the end of a 30 year friendship without warning and how I recommend you gain perspective to move forward and see the silver lining. 

Miami is a trip and we are loving it. I never expected that this might be on our list of places we’d like to live but sometimes you have to experience it to know for yourself.
