169: The power of community is so strong, it's hard to put into words! Support cannot be underestimated. Of course, there's no denying that it can be difficult at times to take the leap and let others in. Social pressures may urge us to act as if we have it all together. The reality is that there are people in our community who want to support us! They want us to show up as we really are and lead by example in giving them permission to open up as well. In this episode, Emily Louis addresses the struggles with opening up to others, particularly those who have hurt us in the past. In addition to being more present and open to trusting in our expression. What happens when we put ourselves out there in scary ways?
