MIND: Sanjith Shetty is a man on a menopause mission

Sanjith and I connected over LinkedIn and the topic "menopause". My curiosity was piqued. I'm used to seeing fellow GenX women building resources and advocating for better menopause care at work and home, so to speak with Sanjith who has invested in menopause care, was brilliant. Sanjith is obviously passionate about helping the 150 million women in India in menopause, but he's not planning on stopping there! By 2025, there will be 1 billion women globally in the menopause life stage and there is much work to be done to support them.
