In this guided root chakra opening meditation we are focusing on releasing stress, tension and anxiety. We are grounding ourselves in a visualization practice, and focusing deeper on the present moment. We are restoring to a place of peace, and comfort. Through this meditation practice we are fostering feelings of safety, security and support. This chakra meditation practice is to open the root chakra, and connect deeper with the Earth around us.
