The New Moon is the first phase of the lunar cycle, the darkness of which encourages us to look inward for direction, allowing us the opportunity to plan the start of our lunar cycle. During the New Moon, we strategize and plant seeds, begin goal-setting, and come up with ideas. What do we want to accomplish throughout the lunar month? The New Moon is the time to decide on the focus.
