We sat down to dive into her book "What If It's Wonderful?" which helps people feel more confident in embracing joy and celebration even in a season of dread and doubt. we also discussed how to find the courage to hold on to joy and learned that celebration is something we DO NOT have to earn. Nicole used a mix of brain science and spirituality to write her book, we dove a little deeper into the science behind feeling afraid of joy.
