Today on the show, I welcome Tasmyn to discuss the benefits of sensory activities during childrens play. Tasmyn and I discuss how to imcorporate it during our kids every day play and some simple activities we can create at home that are also taste safe.

Slime recipe ❤️
Taste-Safe/Non-Toxic Slime
Ingredients:
- 3 teaspoons of psyllium husk powder
- 1 cup of water
- Food dye (optional)
Method:
Mix in a high-sided microwave-safe bowl. Put in microwave for 5 minutes. After 2.5 minutes keep watch the slime doesn’t bubble up and overflow. If the slime bubbles up, pause the microwave and stir, then continue for the remaining time. Place on to a tray to cool. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for a week before composting.
