Why Kids Aren't Learning Personal Finance in School
April is financial literacy month, and in this spirit we are dedicating both April podcasts to teaching your children money lessons.
Today we will discuss why your child might be deprived of a class dedicated to personal finance, and what to do about it.
As context for the discussion, Christian is spending much of the month traveling the country advocating with lawmakers to guarantee a personal finance class for every student, something I did in the past. Meanwhile, Dr. Ross teaches a personal finance class at the University of Kentucky and advocates as a board member for the Financial Therapy Association.
