Christina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), life coach, writer and chronic illness warrior. Focusing on yourself is not selfish. Sometimes, you have to turn inward, reassess, and recharge, so that you can set healthy boundaries to foster your physical and emotional safety and wellbeing within your environment and the world around you.
