This week on the pod I ave the beautiful Daniella Moyles who is the author of Jump, yoga teacher and co - owner of The Stll.
We chat about burnout, the stresses that it had on her life and she thought there was something wrong with her. After visiting the doctor it wasn't the physical pain she needed to deal with but the inner pain that was causing her more.
Daniella takes openly about her lifestyle changes and the impact it has had on her life and how she is still learning to slow down and appreciate the little things in life such as a simple moment with her son.
I adored this chat with Daniella as I read her book going through a hard mental time myself during lockdown and it gave me a feeling of not being alone, knowing someone else has been through the dark tunnel and does come out into the light in the end. I felt so inspired and hope you do too.
