Milwaukee Bucks secure top seed but Khris Middleton exits with knee injury
The Milwaukee Bucks won their 58th game against the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday night, locking up the NBA’s number one seed throughout the playoffs and ensuring they will not see the Boston Celtics or Philadelphia 76ers until the Eastern Conference Finals, should those teams get that far. The victory was symbolic of the way the Bucks have been forced to win all season, as Giannis Antetokounmpo, Grayson Allen, and Pat Connaughton sat out with various injuries and Khris Middleton exited with knee soreness less than 10 minutes into the game.
Ti Windisch, Rohan Katti, and Jordan Treske discussed the game itself (including Wes Matthews’ continued resurgence), what it means for this Bucks team to win so many games and secure the top seed in the East and Association, and then dove into injury talk mostly focused on Khris Middleton but also covering Pat and Grayson too. Also Bad Boy Rohan made an appearance and absolutely tore up the play-in teams in the East.
