As tribe creatures we all need community.  As leaders it behoves us to create and nurture community within our organisations.  

In this episode I introduce the great M Scott Peck who researched and wrote about Community extensively in the 80s.

I share with you the beautiful and very moving myth or legend The Rabbi’s Gift, drawn from Peck’s wonderful book The Different Drum (1987).  The story contains within it some of the crucial principles for creating a thriving and sustainable community.
