Elena Kersey gave birth to identical twins in a private hospital in Malaysia where she felt very cared for in the early postpartum period. Her babies had very different abilities to breastfeed, and this meant that she needed to pump, breastfeed and use formula, which was not what she planned on doing prenatally.
