Being an entrepreneur requires you to think about problems differently, and then it requires you to do differently. Which is why it seems so foreign to focus on your time, if you want to make more money.
In today’s episode, I share with you how one of my 1:1 clients got more time back, and made more money, by hiring a VA and spending her time on more revenue producing activities. If nothing less, I hope this episode gets you to start to think about making money differently.

- Track your time. One way to see how you are spending your time is to track what you’re doing. There’s a great app called Toggl where you can track your tasks throughout the day. I suggest you do this for at least a week.
- As an entrepreneur, you’re creating your own system. So that requires you to think differently than you’ve previously been taught. This might mean that in order to make more money and get time back, you may need to spend money, like outsourcing some tasks that are taking up your time that could be used on other revenue producing activities.
