In this guided meditation practice we are focusing on releasing self doubt within. We are deepening our understanding of what self doubt is, and where it is coming from. As we reflect on the voice of fear and self doubt, we are letting it go and releasing it fully. Through this release we are fostering our potential and the infinite possibility that is within us. We are opening up to confidence and a deeper sense of trust.
