2. Family: Be it your work family or your own family, creating a distinct line is as important as anything else. Don't put too much pressure on yourself by compromising away your time with your kids- you will never get it back.  You have to be present with them just as much, or else you’ll end up alienating yourself and them.
   
   
   
3. Fail, learn, and move on: You make mistakes and you learn, but we must have it in our hearts to move on from them. Pick the lessons and learn from your mistakes and put them to use, making sure you don't repeat the same mistakes again, and, nor do you end up dwelling on them. Finally, always, always trust your gut feeling. If something just feels right in the heart, go after it.
