Welcome back to the Joust About Careers podcast! This episode features a conversation with Justin Tiell, a 2003 Van Buren High School graduate who is a UX/UI Developer with Betco Corporation. In the interview Justin shares about what UX and UI are and why they’re important to all of us even if we’ve never heard of them, how his Visual Communication Technology degree from BGSU has helped him in his career, why it is important for developers to have portfolios sharing their work, why curiosity is important for a developer, and much more.
