S&P 500 flat. NASDAQ down 0.43%. VIX Volatility Index up 0.7%. In Europe, Stoxx 50 +0.6%, FTSE +0.6%, CAC +0.9%, and DAX +0.4%. SPI Futures are up 25 points (+0.34%).
