The importance of consistency in your podcast?
How to get more people to listen to your podcast?
I have a podcast that is gonna be coming out, what topics do you want to hear me talk about? So I always go to ask the audience, what do you want to hear?
Know the journey that you want to bring the listener on, and what kind of takeaway you want them to have. And then just fill the in between. It's the way that Marvel makes their movies.
Who is the show for? What do you want the listener to get out of it?
You need to be able to sell: “Monetization is yourself, monetize yourself, sell yourself, sell your service.”
Build that audience, build that community. Serve them and think of the value that you can deliver to them.
About your guests: “invite them onto your platform. Let them speak to your audience.”
