How the market is actual performing vs what people thought would happen | Bill Watson Bill Watson has devoted his life to real estate. Since 1984, Bill has owned and run companies, operated as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for two notable builders and built forty homes. Since 2005 Bill has been coached by Craig Proctor and since 2011 has been a coach for Craig, currently coaching real estate agents in the United States and Canada. He also serves on the faculty for the National Association of Homebuilders. Today, Bill is the Broker/Owner of Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty, where he assists clients throughout Aurora and the surrounding Denver Metro Area.. Along with his sons Lance and Evan, he has streamlined a process to fit the needs of any buyer or seller. “We put in the time for our clients,” he says. “It doesn’t matter if it’s a $200,000 condo or a two-million dollar house; it means the same thing to that person, so it means the same thing to us.” For his tireless commitment to his clients, Bill has won an outstanding reputation around the country as an upstanding, honest Realtor.
