Today, I discuss the difference between instincts, intuition, and guides. I will explain that instincts are innate behaviors based on our survival mechanisms that are automatic and usually grounded in our hypothalamus, which is the survival part of the brain. They help us make quick decisions, such as not jumping off a cliff or being cautious around fire.
Intuition, on the other hand, is a feeling or sense that comes from within and helps us understand something without any conscious reasoning. It's often described as a "gut feeling" or "inner knowing" and can be developed through meditation and self-reflection.
Guides are higher beings or energies that offer guidance and support in our spiritual journey. They can be ancestors, angels, or other divine beings and can communicate with us through signs, symbols, or messages.
By understanding the differences between these three aspects of our being, we can strengthen our spiritual connection and better navigate our lives. I encourage you to reflect on your own understanding of these concepts to deepen your awareness and strengthen their intuition.
