Eps 0267 - If You Shoot an AK47 Wielding BLM Rioter, You Could Go To JAIL!

The summer of 2020 was marked by George Floyd protests led by BLM and Antifa. People were killed, property was damaged and lawlessness ran unchecked in major cities nationwide. Austin, Texas was one of the cities where innocent people were attacked and some pushed back. Daniel Perry was driving for Uber that evening and made a wrong turn and found himself face-to-face with some of these rioters. One of them approached his vehicle and raised his AK-47 in Daniel Perry's direction. Perry responded by shooting and killing Sgt. Garret Foster with his 357 magnum handgun. Another unknown protester fired at Perry afterward. That person was never charged.
