Transform your client results by seeing them in their highest potential. 

How you perceive a person and what you believe about them will influence the coaching relationship and the results they get. 

Even when a person is showing up in a seemingly 'unresourceful state' it is important that you hold a representation of them in their highest potential. 

NLP coaching teaches you how to recognise a persons high potential states and how to give them feedback so that the individual learns to coach themselves. Imagining someone already achieving their outcomes and being where they want to be will transform how we communicate with them, and ensure that the coaching facilitates their inner resources and solutions.
