SITD 4/13/23: Josh Alexander Relinquishes Title, Boa Returns

John Siino reviews this week’s editions of AEW Dark, AEW Dark: Elevation, IMPACT Wrestling, ROH On HonorClub, WOW Superheroes, NXT Level Up, MLW Underground Wrestling, NWA USA, NWA Powerrr, and WWE Main Event in under 15 minutes on Shot In The Dark.

This week on IMPACT Wrestling, we see the debut of Jody Threat, a X-Division Title #1 Contenders Match between Jonathan Gresham vs. Mike Bailey, Darren McCarty makes his wrestling debut teaming up with Tommy Dreamer & Yuya Uemura to take on Bully Ray & The Good Hands, Eddie Edwards gets some new help when he faces off against PCO and Josh Alexander has to relinquish the World Title to Scott D’Amore.

On ROH On HonorClub, Katsuyori Shibata defends the Pure Championship against Christopher Daniels, Athena defends the Women’s World Championship against Miya Yamashita, Brian Cage takes on a debuting Ortiz and The Righteous make their return to the ring.

NXT Level Up sees the return of Boa as he takes on Dante Chen, with Ava of The Schism lingering around, the new teams of Sol Ruca & Dani Palmer vs. Jakara Jackson & Lash Legend and Joe Gacy with The Dyad by his side takes on Oro Mensah.
