Aria is my guest this week and she runs the Etsy shop . Just a few years ago she watched her mother run her own hugely successful Etsy shop, , and she knew she wanted to follow in her footsteps. We talk about time management and some of the specific steps she took including focusing on building her crafting skills first, educating herself through the use of available tutorials, and goal-setting.
