Stockport County (H) Preview - Season 22/23, Episode 45
A goal, a goal, my kingdom for a goal... another game, another blank for United but also another clean sheet, as Simmo's boys rack up their eighth 0-0 of the season.
In this episode of The Brunton Bugle, the lads look back on the goalless draw against Northampton Town, as Tomas Holy picked up a record-equalling 19th clean sheet of the campaign. There's plenty of talk about how much of a dent this puts in United's top three ambitions, and a bit of talk about how Simmo can turn things around in attack.
We also look ahead to another huge game in midweek as they face big-spending fellow promotion hopefuls Stockport County at Brunton Park. We talk to Russ from the excellent The Scarf Begara Wore podcast about what life back in the EFL after 12 years away has been like, whether they can keep up their good-form for the rest of the run-in and Paul Simpson's brief spell as Hatters boss a decade ago.
There's also a Loan Watch update, as United's youngsters out at other clubs come towards the end of their season.
