KED Talk - High-School Kendo in Japan with Ko Tabata

This is the Kendo Enlightened Discourse (KED) Talk series! This is a podcast-style series where we discuss vaguely kendo-related topics or whatever else comes to mind! In this episode, we talk to Ko Tabata from Kanagawa prefecture, Japan. Ko is a graduate of the prestigious Toin Gakuen in Yokohama, which has one of the strongest high school kendo clubs in Japan. In this video he discusses his high school training regimen and its effect on his kendo.
