What's going on guys, back again at it with another episode. On this episode we welcome another guest via Zoom, Juan Young Jr.! Juan Young is a serial entrepreneur who is a father, husband, the host of the Fail to grow podcast, the creator of the Urban foodie experience and the founder & CEO of Melanence.
Melanence being is a professional, career & personal development platform for communities of color and will launch in Fall 2020. In addition, Juan quotes "not only are online professional development platforms expensive, they lack cultural diversity in the teacher/instructor role, and don't allow for meaningful connections amongst communities of color. Our team understands the problem very well, and we have a solution that will empower, inspire and unite communities of color" (quoted from LinkedIn).
Juan and I spoke about his story, some of his early struggles in entrepreneurship, practical steps we can take to fight racial injustice and a lot MORE subjects. Juan Young Jr. is someone that I can tell has a passion for making an impact and I know you guys will receive great value from. I hope you guys enjoy this episode!
