Tara is a holistic health practitioner who specializes in bioresonance testing, nutrition, gut health, autoimmune conditions and the physiology of emotions. She is also passionate about Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine practices and integrates many of their concepts when working with clients.
Tara has her own pain to purpose story and suffered for many years with an eating disorder, Lyme disease and mold sickness before coming back to work as a practitioner and share the beauty and wisdom gained through the experience.
Tara worked tirelessly for many years to find the “cure” to her distorted relationship with body image and food but it wasn’t until she began an intentional micro-dosing practice with psilocybin did the reality of true recovery begin to manifest.
“Psychedelic means, 'that which reveals the soul' and this medicine continues to reveal the layers of myself that have been misaligned due to fear of being seen and then rejected. As I continue to peel back and investigate those hidden parts of me that I once deemed as unloveable, I find more comfort in the vulnerability and freedom in letting go of old programming in exchange for true self love and acceptance”.
Tara’s goal as a friend, sister and practitioner is to help you become more vibrant, more resilient and more connected to who you are so you may become your own source of healing.
