Today's episode is all about sourdough. I've been experimenting with sourdough baking for the past 6 months and I am still working on my perfect loaf, so if you're struggling too, don't feel bad! Here's the recipe I used most recently that got me a decent loaf, but I am still working on the gumminess inside my loaf (I'll talk about my next experiment in the episode).
