You’re listening to WDJF and here is a new single by Amarah. In stores now. Together Again by Amarah.
DJ flip felt like Amarah’s new song was about him. He also felt like she would fall in love with someone else. There were so many guys that wanted Amarah, but she never backed off from DJ Flip. He was the one she trusted.
Meanwhile, Amarah hid the 2nd key that she recently took from DJ Flip. She hid it in the trunk of a hollow tree. Then Amarah remembered that DJ Flip kept a diary in his storage. She went back to unlock the storage with the first key she took from Flip.
She thought, “I know I’m not right, but I’ve got to find out about him.”
Amarah went into the storage and began to Flip’s diary. She read half of his diary & found out that Flip was hurting. That was the reason that Flip couldn’t get too close to anyone. The diary gave Amarah a lot of answers. Flip had been in a lot of pain. Amarah refrained from reading his diary. She didn’t want to invade his privacy anymore.
Later on that night DJ Flip payed Amarah a visit. He wanted to know what happened to the Ghost Boogie Key on his key chain.
Amarah wanted to pretend she didn’t know, but she didn’t want Flip to stop trusting her. So she told him the truth.
Amarah: I took the key Flip.
Flip: May I have it back please. I don’t want you messing with that key.
Amarah: And I don’t want you messing with it. There is something evil about it.
Flip: What did you do with it?
Amarah knew ahead that DJ Flip was getting upset. So she didn’t argue with Flip. She just took him to show him where the key was, but before she got closer to the hollow tree where she hid it, she saw red eyes in the trunk of the tree.
Amarah: Jeffrey, are you seeing what I see.
Flip: Yes, I see. Forget about the key. I’ll get it tomorrow when the sun is up.
Amarah got scared and she began to tremble.
Amarah: Flip, that thing is angry.
Flip: Don’t be afraid Amarah. Let’s go in the house.
DJ Flip stayed with Amarah until the morning. When the sun came up, the red eyes were gone and Flip buried the key deep into the woods. Then he went back to Amarah’s house and found her sad.
She said, “ I’m sorry for taking the key. I should have left it alone.”
Flip: You we’re right about the key. It’s evil. I should have buried it a long time ago.
Amarah: Why didn’t you.?
Flip: I don’t know Amarah. It was like my mind really wasn’t my own.
Amarah: Worldly possessions. Ecclesiastes 3 verse 6 …. There is a time to keep, and a time to cast away.
Flip: I’m sorry I didn’t listen. Are you going to cast me away?
Amarah held DJ Flip close to her and said, “No, I’m with you. Thanks for sticking around.”
