How do you feel right now? And if you answered 'good' what does that even mean? Good like happy? Good like productive? Good like hopeful? Good like grateful? And is this feeling based on one lingering circumstance, or does it encompass a whole day, week or particular length of time?
In today's episode, prompted by a new mindfulness meditation app and practice I've been doing each day I'm talking about some of these ideas and experiences I've had as I've reflected on how I deem the answer to that question each day. And in doing so, realise how little curiosity and how much potential for deeper inquiry I typically have around my current emotional state and what I can learn from spending just a moment contemplating it.
