Rebecca Rutschmann is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at evoach. She has been leading a successful career in the tech industry for two decades. With a passion for innovation and an eye for detail, she has carved out a niche for herself as a prominent figure in the field of coaching technology combined with professional coaching, leadership, Agile methodology, UX/UI, marketing, and communications.

With over 4 years of experience as a self-employed entrepreneur at evoach, she has gained a reputation for her expertise in Coaching and Technology in the era of Artificial Intelligence. She has held several leadership positions and is currently also a member of the board as Vice President of Accreditation at EMCC Germany. 

She served as the Head of Social Media and Content Strategy at Netzbewegung GmbH, Head of Social Media and UX Conception at kr3m. media GmbH, and Corporate Communications Manager at Nero AG. Her enthusiasm and knowledge in the tech industry have led her to make significant contributions to the sector, making her a respected figure among her peers.
