After having my second child I had postpartum anxiety.
Perhaps it was the combination of remodeling a new home, moving, dealing with a highly emotional toddler all during the pandemic. Either way, any decision made me feel overwhelmed, flooded and paralyzed.
For the rest of 2022, I took care of myself, by simplifying my tasks (only doing the most necessary and important) and I prioritized my mental health by meditating 20 minutes every day.
By going inward, I returned home to myself – to a place of clarity, ease and joy.
I hope this meditation helps you feel more grounded in yourself.
