One of the biggest issues I see people face when it comes to their wellness goals, business goals, social media, healthy habits, etc is lack of consistency. In this episode I dive into tips that have helped me to be consistent/build consistency in different areas of my life that you can use too!

Being consistent is following through with the commitment you’ve made to yourself. Consistency builds trust with clients, audience, family and YOURSELF!
