David Haack, Owner of Tailored Advisory Services, dons his bowtie and teacher cap to give us a history lesson in how nursing homes came to be a harsh place in the 1700s and how it's transformed into the hospitality-focused senior living industry we know today. We learn how we can take the findings from the senior living transition over the last 30 years and apply it to our current staffing difficulties to gain and retain quality talent. A lot of that has to do with living and working with intention and purpose. Purpose is something we know is much needed for our seniors, but also for our staff.
